Rachael Meyers is a business coach, brand strategist, and the founder of The Collective Co. — an award-winning coworking community on the South Shore of Massachusetts that has been voted Best Coworking Space five years running.
Before launching The Collective Co., Rachael spent years in New York City as an Art Director, where she built a sharp eye for brand, design, and what makes businesses actually connect with people. In 2016 she walked away from corporate to build something of her own — something that offered real freedom, real community, and a business model she believed in. What she built became one of the most recognized small business communities on the South Shore.
Since then, Rachael has coached women entrepreneurs through her mastermind programs and one-on-one coaching, interviewed hundreds of founders on The Collective Co. podcast, and developed a suite of tools, templates, and playbooks built from everything she's tested, refined, and lived through herself.
