Looking for a space to host your next meeting? We’ve got you covered. With incredible wifi, flat screen tv’s, whiteboards, amenities and free coffee + water you can host your next meeting in style. Meeting rooms are available to book Monday through Friday from 9 to 5.
the pod
$15/hour
The Pod seats 3-4 people comfortably and is perfect for smaller meetings, more private space to focus and even podcast recordings.
Half Day (9-1): $45
Full Day (9-5): $90
the vault
$18/hour
The Vault seats up to 6 people comfortably and is equipped with a flat-screen tv, wifi + hdmi connection and a whiteboard.
Half Day (9-1): $54
Full Day (9-5): $108
Please note: To book a half or full day in either of our meeting rooms, simply click the link above and select either “The Pod or The Vault Half/Full Day Option” then choose a minimum of 4 hours for half day and a minimum of 8 hours for full day.

Our conference rooms can be booked up to 30 days in advance. Just click to book, choose your meeting room, pick your day + time and that’s it!

With your booking you’ll receive a digital key to the space that will get you in the front door. Check-in on the iPad when you arrive and you’ll be set up with a secure wifi connection for all!

Looking to level up your business presence without using your home address? Our mail services are the perfect solution for small business owners, remote professionals, and anyone craving a more polished setup.
When you sign up, we’ll assign you a dedicated suite number and provide a secure, commercial mailing address at The Collective Co. Your mail is stored safely onsite, and we’ll notify you as soon as it arrives—so you can pick it up when it works for you.
Whether you're building your brand, working from home, or just need a little more separation between business and personal life, this is an easy, low-lift way to look legit and stay protected.
