Kate is currently responsible for the strategy and execution of the YPO offering that aims to develop the next generation of leaders by connecting young adults with world class resources, YPO companies, and one another to accelerate personal and professional growth. Prior to joining YPO, Kate spent eight years working at Harvard Business School where she was responsible for a portfolio of Executive Education programs as well as managing the Executive Education Admissions Office. Other professional pursuits include serving as a Co-Active trained coach, co-founder of Aggie Gillis apparel and founder of SWELL, a community-based networking group for women. Kate resides in Scituate, MA with her husband and three children.
