This month we’re pulling back the curtain on the backend of our businesses. The tools, software and systems we use every day to manage clients, money, marketing, scheduling and everything in between.
Whether you have solid systems in place or feel like you’re running things out of sticky notes and Google Drive, this session will help you see what’s working, what’s not and what could make business easier.
We’ll cover:
The tools and platforms we use for websites, email, booking, finance, project management, content, automation and more
What’s actually working vs. what’s overhyped or draining time and money
Simple ways to automate tasks and create more recurring revenue
Where your tech stack has gaps or overlaps
Tools and recommendations shared by other members
You’ll leave with:
A clearer view of your current systems
Ideas to simplify or streamline your tech stack
New tools or workflows to explore
Reassurance that you’re not the only one trying to make it all run smoothly
