Amber Gregory of Wild Hearts Yoga School
We are back with another episode and today I am speaking with Amber Gregory. Amber is the owner and founder of amberbyoga and the Wild Hearts Yoga School. She is a feature writer in the book, “Structure & Spirit: Moving Smarter On and Off the Mat,” a featured yoga teacher on the podcast, “Thriving in Chaos”, a KiraGrace Warrior Ambassador for her 4th year and a lead Ayurveda Coach in the Sacred Seeds Yoga School 300 hour yoga teacher training with Jacqueline Bonwell.
Amber talks about through her journey leading up to founding Wild Hearts and dives into why Ayurveda and yoga are so meaningful to her. She also talks about the name Wild Hearts and how that came to be. Amber discusses the various trainings that she has received and how that process works as well as what recommendations she would give someone looking to get into yoga, teaching and training hours. Amber discusses her journey as a breast cancer survivor and her commitment to give back. She dives into the yoga community and what has surprised her as well as local classes and offerings and talks of some of the retreats and workshops that she offers and how she works to create those offerings. She discusses challenges and also what to be on the lookout for from Wild Hearts.
